Meet the Chief Coach
Timothy J. Hitchens is the Chief Coach of Become CTO. With over 35 years in technology and having served as CTO six times throughout his career, he has managed diverse teams across more than 10 countries.
His experience spans far beyond the CTO role. Timothy has led Solution Architecture and Cybersecurity initiatives, and developed Industry Solutions for AWS while based in Singapore before returning to his home country of Australia. Through decades in the trenches across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and everything in between, he has discovered what truly separates exceptional technology leaders from the rest.
