Chief Coach at Become CTO. With over 30 years in the tech industry, I’m passionate about helping others grow into Leaders, Innovators, and Technologists ready to take on the CTO role. My greatest joy comes from guiding people to lead with confidence, drive innovation, and thrive in the fast-paced world of technology. When I’m not working with startups or mentoring future CTOs, you’ll find me roller skating, bike riding, or building furniture. I love what I do and am dedicated to helping others be LIT.
