These Terms and Conditions apply to our coaching, courses, and community. By signing up or using our services, you agree to these terms. We comply with Australian law.
2. Coaching, Courses & Community Access
- Upfront Payment: All fees must be paid in full before accessing coaching, course materials, or community forums.
- No Refunds: Due to the copyright and proprietary nature of our materials, no refunds are provided once payment is made.
- Month-to-Month Subscriptions: Cancel by giving notice before the next prepayment date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Scheduling: All coaching sessions must be booked via our designated portal. It is the coacheeā€™s responsibility to schedule and reschedule sessions.
- Transferability: If the coachee is an employee and can no longer continue, we reserve the right to transfer the remaining coaching to another nominated individual to continue from that point.
- Rescheduling: Any rescheduling must be done before the sessionā€™s start time. Failure to do so will result in the session being deemed completed. You may reschedule without penalty up to 5 minutes before the session start.
3. Privacy & Data Protection
